We have been kept well informed by our delivery companies of their procedures for handling deliveries during the current COVID-19 health epidemic. They are adhering to all government requirements to ensure the health and safety of their workers and customers. Many are now using contactless receipt of parcel procedures, or leaving parcels if the home is unattended in order to reduce person to person contact. If leaving your parcel is absolutely NOT an option, then please make a note of this in the comments box prior to checking out. We thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented times.
School Years Photo Frames offer a flat rate of $12 for shipping within Australia. Your School Years Photo Frames will be shipped with either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers depending on the delivery postcode.
** ADELAIDE PICK UP ** - We are pleased to offer FREE pick up from our warehouse located in St Agnes, Adelaide. Pick up's are available on weekday mornings only (10.00 am - 12.00 noon) and are only available by appointment. Please enter the discount code PICKUP prior to check out, to deduct the shipping fee, and we will contact you when your order is ready to make an appointment for collection.

All international orders are charged in AUD. Prices shown in local (international currency) are based on the current daily rate and may fluctuate.
The total amount that you will see on your bank statement will be charged at the exchange rate determined by your bank or financial institution at the time of transaction.
Please note all international customers are responsible for the payment of custom duties / charges on any imports. Please contact your customs office to confirm the relevant thresholds in your area.
International orders cannot be returned to sender and School Years Photo Frames will not pay the customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and School Years Photo Frames will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees as this is an illegal practice.
** Flat rate shipping is available to personal shoppers only. Large orders are accepted at our discretion, we reserve the right to decline orders deemed excessive and above the flat rate shipping limit **
SHIPPING TIMES, INSTRUCTIONS & INFORMATION
We endeavor to dispatch orders within 2-4 business days of orders being received. Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow the journey of your frames.
Please note that Quad, Triple and some 5x7" Gallery School Years Frames are made to order and take approximately 2 weeks to be ready for dispatch with our couriers.
The delivery time will be between 4-10 business days, from dispatch, depending on the delivery address. We pride ourselves on processing your order as quickly as possible!
To guarantee delivery we recommend that you have your parcel sent to your work or office, or somewhere where there will be a person available to receive the delivery. If you are happy to have your parcel left at your address, please state “Authority to Leave” in the comments box upon check out, along with any detailed instructions as to where to leave.
Should the parcel be unable to be delivered, a card will be left explaining that you will need to collect from your closest Post Office, or to ring the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
Please note that by giving us permission to use Authority to Leave (ATL) with your order, all insurance cover for the loss of goods will no longer apply. Neither School Years Photo Frames nor the shipping company (ie Australia Post, Fastway or other couriers) will be liable for any damages or loss of goods after your order is delivered when ATL is applied.
EXCHANGE / REFUNDS
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product then please contact us and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
If your frames are the wrong size or un-suitable, you may return the frames to us (at your own expense) and exchange for an alternative. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we recommend that you package the frames to the same high standard in which you received them, with all original boxes and packaging. Should the frames arrive to us damaged, no exchange or refund will be available.
