In the lead up to our busiest time of the year, and for the best chance of receiving your frames in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order as early as possible, or no later than the following dates
PERSONALISED FRAMES – Sunday 26th November
STANDARD FRMES (non-personalised) – Sunday 10th December
These recommended dates are based on shipping from Adelaide to Metro Australia. If you live in rural or remote Australia please contact us for more specific delivery information.
Personalised frames are made to order and take 2-3 weeks from order date to be ready for us to ship.
We will do our best to dispatch all orders in time for you to receive them by Christmas, but factors outside of our control (like shipping delays or late orders) mean we are unable to guarantee any pre-Christmas delivery.
School Years Photo Frames offer tiered shipping rates.
Small Parcel: $12 - Orders up to $65
Medium Parcel: $15 – Orders $66 - $130
Large Parcel: $20 – Orders $131 and above

Small Parcel: $20 - Orders up to $130

Large Parcel: $30 – Orders $301 and above
These shipping rates are available to personal shoppers only. Large orders are accepted at our discretion, we reserve the right to decline orders deemed excessive and above the subsidised shipping tiers.

ADELAIDE PICK UP
We are pleased to offer FREE pick up from our warehouse located in St Agnes, Adelaide. Pick up's are available on weekday mornings only (10.00 am - 12.00 noon) and are only available by appointment. Please enter the discount code PICKUP prior to check out to deduct the shipping fee, and we will contact you when your order is ready to make an appointment for collection.
Orders are usually dispatched 5-10 business days (see below for exception frames). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can follow the journey of your frames. Please check Spam/Junk folders if you can’t see this email.
The delivery time is between 4-10 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery address. We pride ourselves on processing your order as quickly as possible!
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
To guarantee delivery we recommend that you have your parcel sent to your work or office, or somewhere where there will be a person available to receive the delivery. If you are happy to have your parcel left at your address, please state “Authority to Leave” in the comments box upon check out, along with any detailed instructions as to where to leave.
Should the parcel be unable to be delivered, a card will be left explaining that you will need to collect from your closest Post Office, or to ring the courier to arrange a re-delivery.
Please note that by giving us permission to use Authority to Leave (ATL) with your order, all insurance cover for the loss of goods will no longer apply. Neither School Years Photo Frames nor the shipping company (i.e. Australia Post, Fastway or other couriers) will be liable for any damages or loss of goods after your order is delivered when ATL is applied.
Due to ongoing issues arising to due Covid-19 shipping may take a little longer than usual. Many couriers are now using contactless receipt of parcel procedures, or leaving parcels if the home is unattended in order to reduce person to person contact.
If leaving your parcel is absolutely NOT an option, then please make a note of this in the comments box prior to checking out. We thank you for your understanding during these unprecedented times.
MADE TO ORDER FRAMES
The following frames are made to order, and take approximately 2 weeks to be made and ready to send.
EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
At School Years Photo Frames, we value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best possible experience. If you receive frames that are the wrong size or unsuitable for your needs, we are here to assist you. Please review our exchange/refund policy outlined below:
Eligibility: a. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. b. The frames must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Exchange Option: a. If the frames you received are the wrong size or unsuitable, you have the option to exchange them. b. Contact our us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. c. We will guide you through the necessary steps to return the frames and arrange for a replacement. d. The replacement frames will be shipped to you promptly once we receive the returned item.
Refund Option: a. If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. b. You will be responsible for returning the frames to us in their original condition and packaging. c. Once we receive the returned frames, we will process your refund. d. Please note that a restocking fee of $10 will be applied for all refunded orders to cover processing and handling costs.
Return Instructions: a. To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us via email or phone. b. Provide your order details, including the order number and a clear explanation of the issue. c. If we have made an error we will provide you with a return shipping label d. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the frames.
Processing Time: a. Once we receive the returned frames, we will process your exchange or refund within 7 business days. b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exclusions: a. Custom-made frames or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival. b. Sale or clearance items may have different return policies. Please check the product description or contact us for more information.

Please check your frames have arrived in perfect condition as soon as they are delivered. If they have been damaged during delivery please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace any frames that are damaged during delivery and do not require these to be returned to us (a photo may be requested for proof of damage).
If you have accidently broken your frame (glass, stand or frame) please don't hesitate to contact us for a quote for a parts replacement.
