Christmas Order Cut-Offs and Delivery Information

IMPORTANT NOTICE: CHRISTMAS ORDER CUT-OFFS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

As we enter our busiest season and prepare for our Black Friday sale, we’d like to share some important information regarding order fulfilment and Christmas delivery expectations.

All School Years Photo Frames are made to order, and demand is much higher at this time of year. To help reduce production times, our team will be working extended hours over the coming weeks. However, as deliveries are handled by external couriers, final arrival times are outside our direct control.

Courier Deadlines

Our couriers have advised that for the best chance of delivery before Christmas, all orders must be dispatched, by us, no later than 12 December. While we will be working hard to get every order out as early as possible, we are unable to guarantee delivery before Christmas once items are in transit. Remote and regional areas may experience longer transit times or earlier cut-off dates. Please contact us if you need shipping timeframes for your location.

Last Date to Order for Christmas Delivery

If you are hoping to receive your custom frame in time for Christmas, the recommended last date to place your order is 28 November. This will allow us the best chance to fulfil your order and have ready to dispatch by 12 December.

Limited Ready-to-Ship Stock

After 28 November, we will be keeping limited range of our best-selling frames in stock. These will be available for sale on our website. Out of stock frames will be re-stocked after Christmas.

Christmas Closure

We will be closed over Christmas and New Year, from Tuesday 23rd December and will be back on Monday 5th January 2026. Orders can be placed during this period, and will begin to be dispatched when we return on the 5th January.

We truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this exceptionally busy time. We love creating these special pieces and will continue working hard to deliver every order as quickly as possible.

Wishing you a safe, happy, and very Merry Christmas.
